Teresa Simms

Teresa was born in Orangeville, Ontario, where she grew up with her 7 brothers and sisters. Her family decided to move to Mount Forest in 2019 and quickly fell in love with both the town and how peaceful it is living on a large property in the country.

In her spare times she loves spending time with her family, friends, and her two dogs Brynn and Kenai!

Teresa has worked many different customer service jobs over the years, but continued to work as a receptionist since 2016, and joined the veterinary industry in 2020 working at a small animal/exotic 24/7 emergency hospital. Teresa always had a passion for animals, having two large dogs herself, and she enjoyed working at the animal hospital, but after working there for nearly 3 years and learning almost everything she could in that position she was ready for a new challenge and excitedly accepted the offer to work at UGVS.

Even though Teresa is new to the agricultural world, she is very excited to learn as much as she can, as well as to assist and meet the many amazing clients!
